Erin Henrick is President of Partner to Improve, an education research and consulting group supporting improvement and systemic change in education through powerful partnerships. She is a Research Practice Partnerships (RPPs) researcher, evaluator, and professional development provider. Erin leads the evaluation of the CT to CS RPP, collecting and analyzing data to answer the project’s evaluation questions and sharing findings with the RPP leadership team. She is currently the external evaluator for two additional NSF funded RPPs and was the lead investigator of a WTGrant Foundation study which resulted in a framework for assessing the effectiveness of RPPs. Erin received her Ed.D. in Leadership, Policy, and Organization from Vanderbilt University, where she is now an instructor.
